FDE was notified by the Department of the Army on January 27, 2009 of their selection as a prime contractor under the Army PEO STRI Omnibus Contract II (STOC II). This award is in both the Full & Open Lot and the Small Business Set-Aside Lot with an overall ceiling value for the STOC II ID/IQC of $17.5B. The Government conducted a careful evaluation of FDE's proposal using the evaluation criteria and as a result determined that FDE provided a Best Value to the Government.
